The Job
Selected candidates will manage phone-based sales, focusing on leads, customer engagement, and closing deals. They should leverage their product knowledge and sales strategies to achieve targets, while following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Below 30 years of age
- Passed GCE A/L exam and GCE O/L with Credit passes in Mathematics and English
- Part qualification in CIM/SLIM would be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development role, preferably in the life insurance sector. Candidates with varying levels of experience can be considered for junior or senior roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with the clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and customer-oriented
