Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative assistance to the logistic and administration division of the bank.
  • Organizing and submitting orders to vendors and handling oder processing communications/ requests.
  • Preparations and follow up documents accordinf to the procurement guidelines issued, This position will allso be responsible for inventory management.

Qulifications and experience 


  • A Bachelor's degree  in supply chain management, Logistics and Business administration or any equivalent qualification from a UGC recognized university/institution
  • Diploma in procument Would be a distinct advantage
  • 05 years of execuutive experience in supply chain operations/ logistic in a reputed organization
  • Experience in logistics in a financial institute wouldd be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge in the goverment procument process would be a distinct advantage

Salary

Salary scale Rs. 113.040- 1,880 x 20- 150-150,640 per month together with the bank approved allowances

Age Limit

Not more than 40 years
