We are looking for a Dynamic, Energetic and Self Motivated individual to join us

Job Profile

- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

- Drive achievement of production targets and ensure quality of products meets customer specifications

- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

- Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are met and adhered by all employees within the                  Manufacturing plant.

Candidate Profile

 - G. C. E (A/L) with completion of a Certificate Level Course on Clothing Technology and                       minimum 5 years' experience in similar designation.

- Hands on Experience and technical knowledge on Shirt and Trouser Manufacturing

    (such as sewing, cutting, planning, work study, quality, etc...) is a must.

- Knowledge in effective Labour handling and controlling methods.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Basic IT skills and ability to work with computer systems.

- Effective Communication skill, ability communicate in Tamil will be considered as definite advantage.
