Job Role

     𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Courier

    𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : 

• Must be a reliable and dynamic team worker.
• Minimum pass G.C,E O/L
•  Those who leave school and enter school benefit from catch-up training.
• Being able to communicate with customers well.
• Ability to work in a Team.
• It is preferred that candidates reside in Colombo or nearby areas..

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : 

• Pick up and deliver documents and packages from workstations in established order.
• Plan the pickup and delivery process of shipments floor and volume.
• Maintain high service quality being a trusted partner for our customer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a consistent service every time.
• Manage customer receipting and payment process upon shipment delivery.
• Keep track of Clearance Duties and collect same from customers.
